February 5: Ministering to One Another, Part 1 — When the founders of our faith tradition abolished the laity, Friends accepted the responsibility for pastoral care of one another. Beth Burbank, a member of Northside Meeting who is experienced in the training of hospital and hospice chaplains, will lead us in exploring ways of ministering to seriously ill or hospitalized patients and their families.
February 12: How Can We Keep from Singing? For this session, Music Committee encourages Friends to lead, teach, or share their favorite hymns or folk songs. Contact Margaret Nelson in advance if you have a song to share.
